2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at cloverhut.com (the “Website”).
2.2 To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the draw (an “Entrant”) will be required to have a valid ticket for the respective house draw, obtained by payment on the website or free entry.
3.1 The draw will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the "Opening Date" and "Closing Date" respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England (GMT +1).

3.4 If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Promoter does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a draw, the new details will be displayed on the Website.
3.5 All draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. All draw entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.
3.6 The maximum number of entries to the draw will be stated on the Website. If Cloverhut has sold more than 70% of its tickets, it reserves the right to limit the sending of free entries. All letters must be dated no later than the Closing Date.

3.10 By purchasing entries and submitting a draw entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5.1 The draw is open to anyone all residents in the United Kingdom and the European Union aged 18 years or over, except:
5.2 By entering the draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in the sweepstakes is legal in your jurisdiction. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the draw. If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the draw.

By subscribing to CloverClub, you will automatically participate to the current prize draw, you will be participating in weekly prize draws of £1000 and trips to Spain. Additionally, you will get the other perks for no additional costs. Once subscribed, the membership fee will be charged on a monthly basis on the same day of purchase.
Once a house draw has finished your subscription will automatically be transferred to the next house draw available. Your previous tickets will become invalid, and you will begin purchasing the same amount of tickets for the next house draw while remaining part of CloverClub and participating in its other drawings.
In order to unsubscribe to CloverClub, you have to access your personal user area and in the Cloverclub section, request the cancellation. The cancellation of the subscription will take place in the next 15 days following the request. All the benefits acquired during CloverClub period will be cancelled as well, except for the participation in the Grand Prize Home and the draws that take place before the 15-days period following the downgrade request.
6.1 CloverClub Sweepstakes General Conditions. The draws will be carried out according to the frequency set by each of the products. Evidently, the draws will be carried out between the total number of existing participants. In the event that the draw does not declare a winner, the organization will keep drawing numbers until a winner is declared.
Regardless of CloverClub draw, the entry acceptance period will end two weeks before the draw. After the draw, the organization will contact the winner up to three times via email and telephone. If that person does not answer, the organization will have no other choice but to keep the prize.
6.2 Weekly £1000 cash prize. The periodicity of the £1000 Draw will be weekly. The winner must indicate a bank account which the prize will be sent to. In the event that the bank account is from a country outside of the EU or the United Kingdom, the organizer of the draw will not cover the transfer and currency exchange fees. These will be deducted from the winner’s prize. In the £1000 draw, you can also receive an alternative to the prize. The alternative is to receive £1300 in CloverClub credit that can be used in any CloverClub draws for a period of two years.
6.3 Bi-monthly travel draw. The vacation draw will take place every two months. The trip includes a plane ticket from any European city or the United Kingdom (always from the winner's country of origin) and a three-night stay in the house of the draw or in a 5-star hotel, all is valued at least at £600. The winner will have a period of 1 month to claim their prize. This prize will be valid for one year and will automatically invalidate itself if not used before the 1-year period. In case the winner is not interested in the trip, they have the possibility to accept £600 or £1000 in Cloverhut credit that can be used to purchase any product of the company for a period of two years
6.4 Special Draws. The Promoter has the right to hold special draws at dates that it selects. These draws will be listed as the Promoter sees fit, and will have their own set of terms and conditions as applies.
6.5 Birthday. Cloverhut gives Cloverclub members the possibility to receive free tickets if they mention the birthday date in the specific areas designed for that intent. The amount of free tickets you will be gifted depends on your subscription:
In case they register to CloverClub during their birth month, they will receive their free numbers in the following year.
6.6 All of your tickets of the house draw will only be available for the current draw. Once the draw ends, your tickets will become invalid and you will start accumulating new tickets for the next draw.
7.1 The prize for the draw is described on the Website (the “Prize”). Details of the Prize are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.
7.2 The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the Website. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties that the information provide on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.
7.3 The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”). Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative cash prize (“Cash Prize”) in the following circumstances:

7.6 If the prize is a house, entrants are responsible for making their own inquiries and carrying out their own due diligence relating to the Prize, their eligibility to enter the draw, their rights and eligibility to take ownership of the Prize and their eligibility to enter or live in the country where the Prize is located etc. All costs, fees or expenses incurred by the Entrant in making such enquiries or carrying out such due diligence shall be the Entrant’s sole responsibility.
7.7 If the prize is a house, the winner will be required to enter into a legally binding contract with either the Promoter or Supplier in order to transfer the legal title of the Prize to the winner. The terms of the contract are non-negotiable. If the winner refuses to sign or is unable to enter into any of the legal documents required to transfer ownership of the Prize to the winner within a reasonable time, the winner will be disqualified from the draw and the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will then be entitled to offer the prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.8 If the prize is a house and due to its nature, the date of transfer of ownership cannot be guaranteed but the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to complete the transfer of ownership as soon as reasonably possible.
7.9 The holiday prizes are for 2 people to travel by plane on economy class to Spain for 3 nights to the house of the draw or a 5 star hotel between the date of the prize acceptance and up to one year later. The winner has to accept the prize within one month from the end of the draw and can choose to receive a cash or tickets prize instead. The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
7.10 In case of special draw, specific terms and conditions may apply.
7.11 You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified. Dates once notified to the travel agent cannot be changed.
8.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will take place.
8.2 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the draw entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Prize within 15 of days of the Draw Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
8.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and the ticket number of major prize winners on the Website.
8.4 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at hello@cloverhut.com to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
9.1 You must claim the Prize personally. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details of how the Prize will be delivered to you (or made available for collection) are published on the Website.
9.2 If your personal details, including contact information, changes at any time you should modify them directly in your profile at cloverhut.com or notify the Promoter as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications should be sent to the Promoter via email to hello@cloverhut.com. Notifications must include details of the draw you have entered, your old details and your new details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will use your old details if it needs to try to contact you.
9.3 The winner will be able to choose between the house described above or receive a financial compensation of £70 Thousand . There will not be any other type of alternative prize.
9.4 If the prize is a house, flat or other property, the winner of the Prize will be required to enter into a legally binding contract with either the Promoter or Supplier in order to transfer the legal title of the Prize to the winner. The terms of the contract are non-negotiable. If the winner refuses to sign or is unable to enter into any of the legal documents required to transfer ownership of the Prize to the winner within a reasonable time, the winner will be disqualified from the draw and the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will then be entitled to offer the prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. Due to the nature of the Prize, the date of transfer of ownership cannot be guaranteed but the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to complete the transfer of ownership as soon as reasonably possible.
9.5 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11.1 By entering the draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the draw or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy link: cloverhut.com/privacy-policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.
11.2 If you are the winner of the draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this draw. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
11.3 If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning the Prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the draw we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove that the draw has been properly administered and the Prize awarded.
11.4 If you are the winner of the draw, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of your identity in order to confirm your eligibility to claim the Prize and transfer ownership of the Prize to you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You are entitled to request further details about how your personal information is being used. You may also withdraw your consent to your personal information being used in such way but by doing so you may prevent the Prize being transferred to you. In such circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the draw and forfeit the Prize. You will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
11.5 Please note that under data protection laws you are entitled to request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request you will be withdrawing from the draw as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if you withdraw from the draw. If you do not wish any of your personal details to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please email the Promoter at hello@cloverhut.com prior to the Closing Data.
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website.
12.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the draw and any future draws.
12.3 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
12.4 The house will be drawn with 100% certainty as long as Cloverhut has sold more than 40% of its tickets.
12.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.6 You should print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and keep them for your records.
If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Cloverhut will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”) with a guaranteed minimum Donation of £5,000 irrespective of sales. “Net Proceeds” means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Prize Draw. We do not deduct our salaries from the Donations. All Donations will be passed on to Habitat for Humanity Great Britain (HFHGB), a registered charity in England and Wales (1043641).
